1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all sales, maintenance services, and other transactions between the customer and Retro Motorcycles.

2. Sale of Motorcycles
2.1 All motorcycles are sold “as-is,” unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2.2 We do not guarantee long-term performance or parts availability.
2.3 Customers are encouraged to inspect the motorcycle in person or via video call before purchase.
2.4 A deposit may be required to reserve a motorcycle, which is non-refundable unless agreed otherwise in writing.

3. Maintenance & Repairs
3.1 Services are carried out by qualified personnel.
3.2 Due to the nature of used motorcycles, unforeseen issues may arise. Retro Motorcycles is not liable unless in cases of proven negligence.
3.3 Estimates are indicative and may change if additional issues are discovered.

4. Payment Term
4.1 For maintenance and repair services, payment is due within 7 calendar days of the invoice date.
4.2 Late payments may incur additional charges.
4.3 The motorcycle may be held until full payment has been received.

5. Storage Policy
5.1 Motorcycles left for more than 5 days after service completion may incur storage fees.
5.2 Retro Motorcycles is not liable for damage or loss of vehicles left on the premises for more than 14 days without prior agreement.

6. Returns & Complaints
6.1 Motorcycle purchases are final.
6.2 Parts may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition.
6.3 Complaints about maintenance must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the invoice date.

7. Liability
7.1 Retro Motorcycles is not liable for damage or injury caused by the use of purchased motorcycles or parts.
7.2 The customer is responsible for safe operation and regular maintenance.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

9. Changes to Terms
Retro Motorcycles reserves the right to amend these terms at any time.
